"Thugs in suits"

Super smug, UAF claw hammer thug supporting David Cameron had the temerity to call the British National Party “Thugs in Suits”.

Oh dear David, how do you defend the report this week that former Conservative borough councillor John Cort appeared at Leicester Crown Court last week charged with murder ? (Some thug-some suit).

Local activists will recall that the same John Cort, a solicitor, was this time last year exposed in the local Leicestershire media as the worst attending councillor on Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council with only a 14% attendance record.

In the subsequent by-election in the Markfield, Stanton and Field Head ward that his forced resignation caused, our candidate Colin Gilmore secured 263 votes which has given us a sound base on which to build.

Former Tory in a suit, John Cort has been remanded in custody until October charged with murder of solicitor Vina Patel. Her body was found in her office at Cort Solicitors on Blackbird Road. Leicester.

The full story appeared in the Hinckley Times, July 9th., 2009:

"A FORMER borough councillor has been charged with murder.
John Cort, who represented Markfield, Stanton and Field Head as Conservative member for Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council, appeared at Leicester Crown Court last week.
"He is charged with murdering solicitor Vina Patel whose body was found in her office in January.
"She was found by a family member at Corts Solicitors, on Blackbird Rd. in Leicester, after relatives became concerned when she failed to meet them.
Cort, 53, of Rutland St., Leicester, and Brian Farrell, 36, of Queensborough Terrace, West London, were both charged, and remanded in custody until a Hearing at Leicester Crown Court on October 9th.
"Cort resigned as a borough councillor last year.
In August, we exclusively revealed that he had attended just 14% of council meetings, although Conservative colleagues refused to call for his resignation.
Last year, group leader,Cllr. Reg Ward, said: 'he hasn't attended enough meetings but he has looked after the people who voted for him.
'The fact that he doesn't attend meetings does not make him a bad councillor'"

My mum & dad worked hard all their lives; they never drank, smoked or went anywhere. When they died, John Cort, of Corts solicitors were dealing with the money from the sale of my parents house...
